I am a communications and marketing leader working at the intersection of real estate investment, affordable housing, analytics, and strategic storytelling. My career spans the United States and Ghana, where I have advised cross-functional teams, government ministries, investors, and community developers on how to use communication to influence decisions, strengthen relationships, and advance meaningful change.

My Professional Journey
Real Estate Investment & Affordable Housing
As a Marketing and Communications Specialist at Prairie LaSalle Capital Partners, I support acquisitions, refinancing, lease-ups, investor relations, and community engagement across multiple markets. My work includes:
- Leading communication strategy for major transactions, including refinancing with Wells Fargo and Fannie Mae.
- Supporting the acquisition of 120 homes through Champion Homes & Triad for a fully occupied affordable housing community.
- Designing sales forecasts and homeownership conversion programs that helped raise occupancy at Oakwood Meadows from 70% to 99%.
- Developing performance dashboards and analytics that guide decision-making across leasing, investor engagement, and digital campaigns.
Academic & Research Contributions
I am the author of multiple publications on communication, marketing analytics, and real estate with over 260 citations on Google Scholar and ResearchGate.
My Master’s thesis on ChatGPT in higher education has been downloaded more than 600 times, reflecting broad academic and global interest.
I am also a contributor to the Wells Fargo 2025 Manufactured Housing Handbook, one of the most widely referenced industry guides for manufactured home community financing.
